Stat. §76 -201): <br />Undivided one -half (1/2) interest in and to the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest <br />Quarter (SW1/4 NW1/4) and the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NW1/4 <br />SW%) and Government Lot Three (3) and Government Lot Four (4), all in Section <br />Two (2), Township Ten (10) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall <br />County, Nebraska excepting a tract of land more particularly described in Warranty <br />Deed recorded in Book 55 Page 17; and, excepting a tract of land more particularly <br />described in Survivorship Warranty Deed recorded as Document No.76- 002940; <br />and excepting the tract of land included in the Plat of Journey's End Subdivision <br />recorded as Document No. 200908221; <br />Undivided one -half (1/2) interest in and to a property commencing at the Southwest <br />Corner (SW) of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NW1/4 NW1/4) of <br />Section Two (2), Township Ten (10) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., <br />Hall County, Nebraska, running East on the South side of said Northwest Quarter <br />of the Northwest Quarter (NW1/4 NW1/4) seventy -nine (79) rods, running thence <br />north at right angles eight (8) feet, running thence west at right angles seventy -nine <br />(79) rods to the west section line of said section, thence south to the place of <br />beginning; <br />Undivided one -half (1/2) interest in and to the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast <br />Quarter (SE1/4 SE1/4), Section Three (3), Township Ten (10) North, Range Nine (9) <br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska; and <br />An undivided one -half (1/2) interest in and to the East Half of the Northeast Quarter <br />of the Northeast Quarter (E1/2 NE1/4 NE1/4) of Section Three (3), Township Ten (10) <br />North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska. <br />GRANTOR has determined that the GRANTEE is the person entitled to distribution of the <br />real estate from said Estate.
