<br /> tnaterials containing asbesto�ar farmaldeh�d�, and radiaactive ma�erials; �b} "�nvi�onmental Lav►�" means federal
<br /> lavvs and�aws af the jurisdiction u�here the Property is]ocated tha�relafie to health, safety or�ri�ironnaentai protecti�n;
<br /> �c} "Enviranmenta� ���anup" includes any �esp�t�se acti�n, remedial ac�ion, or removal action, as defined in
<br /> �n�vironmental Law; and �d} an "Environmen�al C�ndi�ion" means a conditian that can caus�, cont�ibu�e ta, ar
<br /> ather��ise trigger an En�iranmental ��eanup.
