<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />S County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated March 26, 2013, executed by JEH Holdings, LLC, as
<br />Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named as Beneficiary, and as Trustee,
<br />tI} which Deed of Trust was recorded as document 201302436 in the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, on the 28th day of March, 2013.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deeds, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the real estate described to -wit:
<br />LOT FIVE (5), HORNADY THIRD SUBDIVISION, CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA.
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated March 26, 2013, recorded as
<br />document 201302436 in the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska, shall remain in full force and
<br />effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, this 15th day of February, 2017.
