Ries and Nellie K. Ries, Husband and Wife, are the <br />Trustors, which Deeds of Trust were filed of record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebraska, on May 27, 2015, as Instrument No. 201503433, and on July 6, 2010, as <br />Instrument No. 201004643, and which contain as trust property the following- described real <br />estate: <br />A rectangular tract of ground in the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter <br />(SE 1/4 NE 1/4) of Section Thirty -three (33), Township Eleven (11) North, <br />Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, more <br />particularly described as follows: <br />Commencing at a point One Hundred Thirty -two (132) feet North of the <br />Southeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SE 1/4 NE <br />1/4) of Section Thirty -three (33), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) <br />West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska; thence in a Westerly direction to <br />the West line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SE 1/4 NE 1/4) <br />above described; thence in a Northerly direction at right angles along the West <br />line thereof for a distance of One Hundred Thirty -two (132) feet; thence in an <br />Easterly direction at right angles parallel to the South line of said Southeast <br />Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SE 1/4 NE 1/4) above described to the East line <br />thereof; thence in a Southerly direction One Hundred Thirty -two (132) feet to the <br />place of beginning, EXCEPT those portions that may have been conveyed to the <br />City of Grand Island in Instrument Nos. 97- 108716 and 97- 108717.; <br />which is commonly known as 3736 South Locust Street, Grand Island, Nebraska; <br />together with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, <br />appurtenances, and fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property, as well as all replacements <br />and additions; all of which is referred to as the "Property "; <br />hereby gives notice of default of said Trustors for the reason that said Trustors have failed to <br />make the payments of principal and interest due in respect to the notes secured by those Deeds of <br />Trust. <br />Page I of 2 <br />
