<br />SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE AND DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />Lot Seven (7), Block Eight (8), Koehler Place, City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />1. Substitution of Trustee. Duane A. Burns, a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association,
<br />whose mailing address is P.O. Box 2300, Grand Island, NE 68802, is hereby appointed Successor
<br />Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed by ALBERTO ORTEGA and MARIA ORTEGA, husband and
<br />wife, as Trustors, in which GRAND ISLAND AREA HABITAT FOR HUMANITY, INC., a Nebraska
<br />Corporation, is named as the Beneficiary, dated July 25, 2001, and recorded July 26, 2001, in the Office
<br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska Instrument No. 0200107357 and Instrument No.
<br />0200107358, regarding the real estate described in paragraph 3 below.
<br />2. Deed of Reconvevance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by
<br />ALBERTO ORTEGA and MARIA ORTEGA, husband and wife, single, as Trustors, for GRAND ISLAND
<br />AREA HABITAT FOR HUMANITY, INC., a Nebraska Corporation, as Beneficiary, , dated July 25, 2001,
<br />and recorded July 26, 2001, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska Instrument
<br />No. 0200107357 and Instrument No. 0200107358, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in
<br />writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by their endorsement
<br />below.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the
<br />Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title and interest and claim
<br />acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below.
<br />3. Description of real estate applicable to both Substitution of Trustee and Deed of
<br />Reconveyance.
