Grand Island NE 68803 <br />(E) "Note" means the promissory note signed by Borrower and dated April 30th 1 2001 . The Note <br />states that Borrower owes Lender Thirty Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty and 00/100 <br />Dollars (U.S. $ 39,920.00 ) plus interest.
