The grantor is DOUGLAS <br />CARTER, a single person, whose address is 10590 S 190TH RD, WOOD RIVER, Nebraska 68883 -9338 <br />( "Borrower "). Borrower is not necessarily the same as the Person or Persons who sign the Note. The obligations <br />of Borrowers who did not sign the Note are explained further in the section titled Successors and Assigns <br />Bound; Joint and Several Liability; Accommodation Signers. The trustee is Security First Bank, whose <br />address is 5505 Red Rock Lane, Lincoln, NE 68516 -0000 ( "Trustee "). The beneficiary is Security First Bank - <br />Cozad, which is organized and existing under the laws of the State of Nebraska and whose address is 818 Avenue <br />F, PO Box 10, Cozad, Nebraska 69130 ( "Lender "). DOUGLAS CARTER owes Lender the principal sum of One <br />Hundred Forty Thousand Three Hundred and 00 /100 Dollars (U.S. $140,300.00), which is evidenced by the note, <br />consumer loan agreement, or similar writing dated the same date as this Security Instrument (the "Note "), which <br />provides for periodic payments ( "Periodic Payments ").
