<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated January 6, 2009 and May 27, 2016 and executed by Richard D.
<br />Klanecky and Jennifer J. Klanecky, Husband and Wife, as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank
<br />is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of
<br />the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, on January 12, 2009, as Instrument
<br />#200900185, and June 2, 2016, as Instrument #201603426
<br />, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot Ten (10) Freedom Acres Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deeds of Trust have been fully
<br />® paid;
<br />z NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />m or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
