Huston and I conveyed <br />the property to Niels C. and Virginia A. McDermott and the <br />property was described as: <br />The Center One Third (1/3) of Lot Eight (8), Block Eighty (80), <br />Original Town, Grand Island, Hall County Nebraska <br />3. The descriptions contained in paragraphs 1 and 2 above are for the <br />same property and I have been in possession of the property from <br />1993 through 2016 as described above. <br />
