Huls and Barbara K. Nathan Wieland and Jennifer S. <br />Wieland, Husband and Wife, as joint tenants with right of survivorship, and not as tenants in common, the following <br />described real property in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />Lot Five (5) in Block Two (2) in Wieser Subdivision, of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter (W1 /2 <br />SW1 /4) of Section Two (2), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.
