<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Deed of Trust dated SEPTEMBER 7TH, 2016, executed by FAST TRACK BUILDINGS & CONSTRUCTION
<br />LLC, A NEBRASKA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY; BRADLEY W SHEARER AND CHRISTINA L
<br />SHEARER; HUSBAND AND WIFE; in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned
<br />as Trustee, which was recorded in the Hall County Register of Deeds Office, Nebraska, as Instrument No.
<br />201605916 on the 9'" day of SEPTEMBER, 2016.
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank, as
<br />Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as
<br />follows:
<br />LOT ONE (1), STERLING ESTATES FIFTH SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />More Commonly Known As: 3829 NORSEMAN AVE, GRAND ISLAND, NE 68803.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust has been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, this 7TH day of FEBRUARY, 2017.
