<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Deed of Trust dated OCTOBER 12TH, 2007, executed by JANICE A KUHLMAN, A SINGLE PERSON; in
<br />which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the
<br />Hall County Register of Deeds Office, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200708923 on the 17th day of
<br />OCTOBER, 2007.
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank, as
<br />Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as
<br />follows:
<br />SUITE THIRTY THREE (33), AND GARAGE "Q" IN "D" WINDSOR SQUARE CONDOMINIUM PROPERTY
<br />REGIME UNIT FOUR (4), LOT TWO (2), BLOCK EIGHT (8), REPLAT OF CONTINENTAL GARDENS, AN
<br />ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />More Commonly Known As: 3027 W CAPITAL AVE NO. 33, GRAND ISLAND, NE 68803.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust has been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, this 7TH day of FEBRUARY, 2017.
