<br />WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Michael M. Bahe and
<br />Jennifer K. Bahe, husband and wife, Trustors to John Q. Bachman, Attorney at Law, Trustee for the benefit
<br />of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for First Mortgage Company, LLC, an
<br />Oklahoma limited liability company, its successors and assigns, Beneficiary, and recorded in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on August 1, 2013, as Instrument No. 201306211, has been paid.
<br />WHEREAS, said Beneficiary, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for First
<br />Mortgage Company, LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company, its successors and assigns, has requested
<br />that the Full Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THERFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for First Mortgage Company,
<br />LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company, the undersigned Trustee does by these presents grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate granted to said Trustee
<br />by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described premises only:
<br />Lot Thirty -Nine (39), LARUE Third Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
