I <br />200001350 <br />in the City of Grand Island, County of Hall, State of Nebraska, described as <br />follows: <br />A certain part of Lot Five (5) Voss Subdivision which <br />is situated in the East Half of the Southwest Quarter <br />(E1 /2SW1 /4) and the West Half of the Southeast Quarter <br />(W 1 /2SE 1/4) of Section Eleven (11) Township Eleven (11) <br />North, Range Nine (9) West of the Sixth P.M., more <br />particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast <br />corner of said Lot 5 and running thence South along and upon <br />the East line of said Lot 5, a distance of 280 Feet, running <br />thence West, at an angle of 90 degrees, oo' to the right, a <br />distance of 100.00 Feet, running thence North a distance of <br />209.5 Feet to a point on the North line of said Lot 5, Voss <br />Subdivision, running then Northeasterly along and upon the <br />North line of said Lot 5, a distance of 230 feet to the point of <br />beginning, containing 0.927 acres more or less, City of Grand <br />Island, County of Hall, State of Nebraska. <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that <br />the claims of any and all other than the Plaintiff who claim title or lien under <br />them in and to said real property are without any right whatever, and said <br />persons have no estate, right, title, lien, or interest whatever in or to said real <br />property or any part thereof, and <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that all <br />parties other than the Plaintiff are permanently enjoined from asserting any <br />estate, right, title, lien, or interest in or to said property or any part thereof. <br />-2- <br />
