<br /> Gueranty. The word "Guarenty" means the gu�ranty from guarantor, endnrser, surety, vr accommodation party tv
<br /> Lender� including without limitation a guaranty af al!�r pa�t of the Note.
<br /> Haiardvus 5ubstances. The words "Hazardous 5uk�stances" mean materials that, because vf their quant+ty,
<br /> concentration or physical, �hemical or infectious Characteris�ics, may cause or pvse a present or potential hazard
<br /> to human health or the en�iranment when impropsrly ussd, treated, stvred, disposed of, genera#ed, manu#actured,
<br /> transportsd or otherwise handfed. The words "Hazardaus 5uhstances" are used in their�ery broadsst sense and
<br /> in�lud� without limitation any and all hazardous or toxic substances, materia�s or waste as defined by vr listed �
<br /> under the En�ironmental Laws. The term "Hazardous Su�stances" also includes, without limitation, petroleum and
<br /> p�troleum by-products or any fra�tion thereaf and asbes#os.
<br /> Impro►►eman#s. The word "Impro�ements" msans all existing and future imprv�ements. buildings. structures,
<br /> mobile homes affixed vn the Real Property, facilities, additions, replacements and other constru�tion on the Real
<br /> Prape�ty.
<br /> indehtadness. The word "Indebtedness" means all princip�l. interest, and other amounts, casts and expenses
<br /> payahie under the Note ar Related Documents, t�gether with all renewals of, ext�nsions of, modi�ications of,
<br /> cvnsolidations o#and substitutions for the Note or Related Documen#s and any amounis expended or ad�anceti by
<br /> Lender to discharge T�us#or's vblig�tions or expensss incurred by T�ustee or Lender to enforce Trustar's
<br /> obligations under this Deed of Trust. tvgether with interest on such amounts as pro�ided �n this Deed of Trust.
<br /> Specifically. without limitation, Indebtedness includes the #uture ad�ances set forth in the Future Ad��n�es
<br /> pfo�ision, together with all interest thereon and all amoun�s tha# may be indirectly secured by the
<br /> Crass-Cailateralizativn pro�ision of this Deed of Trust.
