<br />   			Trus� in �he real prop�rty records, Lender may, at any time and withou� fur�her au�hariza�ian �rom Trustor, file

<br />      		FURTHER  ASSURANCES;  ATTaRNEY-IN-FACT.    The  #ol�owing  pro��sions  retating  to  �Further  assurances  and

<br />    			o�her documen�s as may, in the sol� o�inian ❑f Lender, be nec�ssary ar desiral�le in order�o effec�uate, complete,
<br />    			per�ect, confiinue, or preser�e  ��}   Trusto�'s vbligations unde�- the Note, �his Deed vf Trust, and the ReEat�d
<br />    			Dacuments, and  {�}  the liens and securi�y in�eres�s created by this Deed of Trust as firs� and prior liens �n the

<br />    			Lender as Trustor's a#�orney-;n-�act for the purpose❑�making, executing, deli�ering, �i�ing, recvrd�ng, and do�ng a�f
<br />   			❑�her things as may �e necessary or des;�-ab�e, �n Lender`s soEe apinion, �o a�camplish �he matters re�erred �v in

<br />      		FULL PERF�RMANCE.  �f Trustvr pays afl the lndeh�edness, including wi�hou�lim�tativn all �uture ad�ances, when due,
<br />      		and otherwise per�orms a�� the obliga�ians impased upon Trus�ar und�r �his Deed of Trust, Lender shall �xecu�e and
<br />      		deliWer to Trustee a request for fu1! recon�eyance and shall execute and deli�er ta Trustor suitable sfia�emen�s of
<br />      		termination �f any financing s�atement on file e�idencing Lender's securi�ty in�erest in the Rents and th� P�rsonal
<br />      		Praper'�y. Any recon�eyance fee requ�red hy law shali be paid by Trus�vr, if permitted by applicable law.
