<br /> Relat�d aocuments. The words "Related Da�uments" mean all prvmissory no�es, credit agreemen�s, loan
<br /> agreemen�s, en�ironmental agreemen�s, guaranties, security agreements, mortgages, deeds �� trust, securi�y
<br /> deeds, callateraE mv�tgages, and all other instruments, agreements and documents, whether now or hereaf�er
<br /> existing, executed in cannec�ion with the Indebtedness.
<br /> Ren�s. The word "Ren�s" means all a� Grantvr's presen� and future rights, title and interest in, fio and under any
<br /> and all presen� and �uture leases, including, withaut limi�ation, all r�n�s, re�enue, incame, issues, r�yalties,
<br /> bvnuses, accounts rece��ahle, cash or security deposits, ad�ance rentals, prof�ts and proceeds fram the Praper�y,
<br /> and ather paymen�s and benefi�s deri�ed or tv be deriWed firvm su�h leases o�e�ery kind and nature, whe�her du�
