<br /> En�iranmental Laws. Trustor authari�es Lender and �ts agenfis t� enter upon �he Property t❑ make such
<br /> inspecfiions and �esfis, a� Trustor's expense, as Lender may deem appropriate to determine campliance ❑f the
<br /> Praperty with this sec�ion of�th� Deed of Trust. Any inspe��ions or tests made by Lender sha�� b� far Lend�r`s
<br /> purposes only and shall na�be cvnstrued tv create any responsibili�y vr liabil�ty on fihe part o�F Lender to Trust�r ar

<br /> Remo►ral o�lmprovements. Trustor shall not demolish❑r remove any Impro�ements from the Real Property without
<br /> Lender's prior writ�en consent. As a �vnditivn�o the remv�al vf any �mpro�emen�s, Lender may require Trustar to
<br /> make arrangemen�s sa�isfac�ory to Lender �a reptace such lmpravements with ImproWements of at least equal
<br /> �a�ue.
<br /> Lender's Right tv Enter. Lender and Lende�-'s agents and �-epresentati�es may enter upvn the Reaf Property at a�l
<br /> reasonab[e fiimes t❑ attend ta Lender's interests and �o inspect th� Real Prvperty ��r purposes af Trus�or's
