<br /> Trus�or's ownership❑f fihe Property, �here has been n❑ use, generation, manufacture, sfiorag�,treatmen�, disposal,
<br /> re�ease ❑r threa�tened release af any Hazardous 5ubs�ance by any person ❑n, under, abaut ❑r fram the Property;
<br /> {2} Trus�or has n❑ knawledge nf, ❑r reason t� belie�e that there has been, excep� as pre�iausly dis�losed t� and
<br /> acknowledged by Lender in wri�ing, �a} any brea�h or �iolation o�F any EnWiranmenfial Laws, �b} any use,
<br /> generation, manufacture, stvrage, �reatment, dispvsal, release vr threatened release �f any Ha�ardous Substance
<br /> on, under, abvut ❑r ��-om fihe Prvperty 1�y any privr owners ar occupants o� fihe Proper�y, vr �c� any actual or

<br /> all applicable federal, state, and Iocal laws, regu[ativns and ordinances, in�luding wi�khou� limitation a!E
<br /> En�ironmental Laws. Trus�or aufiharizes Lender and i�s agen�s t❑ enter upon the Properfiy �a make such
<br /> inspecfiians and fiesfis, at Trustor's expense, as Lender may deem apprvpriate �o determine campliance vf the
<br /> Property wi�h �his section of the Deed of Trus�. Any inspec�ions ❑r �es�s made by Lender shal� be �fo�- Lender's
<br /> purposes only and shall nvt be cvnstrued�v �reate any responsibitity❑r liabi�ity❑n�he part of Lender ta Trusfivr�r
<br /> to any other person. The representations and warran�ies contained h�rein are based on Trusto�-'s due diligen�e in

<br /> foregving, Trustar will nvt�em��e, ❑r gran-�to any�ther pa�ty�he right t� ��mo�e, any timber, minerals �including
<br /> ail and gas}, cval, clay, scvria, svil, grave�or rvck pradu�ts withvut Lender's privr writ�en cvnsent.
<br /> Remvval o�lmprovements. Trustvr shall not demvlish vr�emo�e any lmpro�emen�s from�he Real Praperty wi�khaut
<br /> Lender's pri�r wri�ten �onsent. As a candi�ion�k�th� rema�al of any Impro�ements, Lender may require Trustor-�a
<br /> make arran�em�nts satisfact�ry to Lender ta rep�ac� such Impro�ements with lmprovemen�s of a� �east equal
<br /> �alue.
<br /> Lender's Right t� Enter. Lender and Lender's agen�s and representatiWes may enfier upon�he Reai Prvperty at all
<br /> reasonable �imes ta attend tv Lender's interests and to inspect the Rea� Proper�y for purp�ses of Trus�ar's
<br /> comp�iance with th�terms and �onditi�ns of this Deed o�Trust.
