<br /> voiatile snlWen�s, mater�als containing asbestos or f�rmaldehyde, and radioacti�e materiais; �b}
<br /> "Environmental Law"means federal iaws and�aws of the jurisdiction where the Progerty is Iocated that
<br /> relate to health, safety or en�ironm�ntal prot�ct�on; (c} "Environrnenral Cleanup"includes any response
<br /> action, remedial action, or rema�al action, as defined in En�ironmenta�La.w; and[d}an "Environmental
<br /> Condition"means a condition�hat can cause, cantribute to, or otherwise tr�igger an Environmenta�Cleanup.
<br /> Barrawer sha�1 not cause or pernut the presence,use,dispasal, storage, ar release of any Hazardous
<br /> Substances, or threaren to release any Hazardous Substances, an or�n�he Property. Borrower shall not do,
<br /> nor a11aw anyone e�se to da, anything affecting the Property�a}that is in�iolation of any En�ironmental
<br /> La.w, (b}wh�ch creates an En�ironmental Condition, ar(c}wh�ch, due to the presence, use, or reiease of a
