DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />As used herein, Trust Deed means that document dated April �U
<br />1, 1999, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 99- 103394 wherein
<br />NORTHWEST AUTO CENTER, INC, is Trustor, HOWARD E. TRACY,
<br />Attorney, is Trustee, and BOSSELMAN OIL, INC. is Beneficiary of
<br />the real property legally described upon Exhibit A which is
<br />attached hereto and made a part hereof by this reference.
<br />Acting pursuant to written request of the Beneficiary given
<br />on April 24, 2001, the Trustee hereby reconveys the real estate
<br />to the person or persons entitled thereto.
<br />Executed this 24th day of April, 2001.
