<br />and recorded as Instrument No. 201101100 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, which Notice of Default and Notice of Trustee's Sale refers to the Deed of Trust executed July
<br />21, 2006, by JASON J SCHLEICHER and RITA K SCHLEICHER, husband and wife, Trustors, in
<br />favor of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSN OF GRAND ISLAND, as Beneficiary, and
<br />U S BANK TRUST COMPANY, NA as Trustee, and which was filed for record on July 25, 2006, as
<br />Instrument No. 200606615, in the office of the Register of Deeds for Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed
<br />of Trust was assigned by the original Beneficiary, HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSN
<br />OF GRAND ISLAND to U.S. BANK N.A., by virtue of an Assignment dated July 21, 2006, and filed
<br />for record on August 25, 2006, as Instrument No. 200607631 in the office of the Register of Deeds for
<br />Hall County, Nebraska. GREGORY L. GALLES was Successor Trustee by virtue of a Substitution of
<br />Trustee recorded January 18, 2011 as Instrument No. 201100347 in the office of the Register of Deeds for
<br />Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust conveys property legally described as follows:
