Said note or notes, together with all other indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust have been fully paid. Kathryn L. Mesner, Member of the Nebraska Bar Association, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Trust Deed executed by Benjamin Shafer and Cournty L. Shafer, husband and wife; and Travis Harring and Lindsey A. Harring, husband and wife, as Trustor, in which Housing Plus, LLC is named Beneficiary and Fidelity National Title Insurance Company as Trustee, and recorded as Instrument No. 201508803 in the Mortgage records of HaII County, Nebraska. The trust property affected is legally described as follows: Lot Forty-Seven (47), of LaRue Third Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. The undersigned further directs Kathryn L. Mesner to reconvey to the party or parties entitled thereto all the estate right, title and other interest held by said Trustee under said Deed of Trust. Said Trustee is further directed to cancel said promissory note or notes which are delivered to said Trustee herewith for that purpose. The undersigned states that a copy of this Substitution of Trustee cannot be mailed to Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, the Trustee being replaced, as the address is unknown.
