O'Connor <br />SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE, AFFIDAVIT AND <br />REQUEST FOR RECONVEYANCE <br />THE UNDERSIGNED, being Beneficiary, is the owner and holder of the Deed of Trust described <br />herein and the promissory note or notes secured thereby. Said note or notes, together with all other <br />indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust have been fully paid. Kathryn L. Mesner, Member of the <br />Nebraska Bar Association, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Trust Deed executed by <br />Benjamin Shafer and Cournty L. Shafer, husband and wife; and Travis Harring and Lindsey A. Harring, <br />husband and wife, as Trustor, in which Housing Plus, LLC is named Beneficiary and Fidelity National Title <br />Insurance Company as Trustee, and recorded as Instrument No. 201508803 in the Mortgage records of HaII <br />County, Nebraska. The trust property affected is legally described as follows: <br />Lot Forty-Seven (47), of LaRue Third Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska. <br />The undersigned further directs Kathryn L. Mesner to reconvey to the party or parties entitled thereto <br />all the estate right, title and other interest held by said Trustee under said Deed of Trust. Said Trustee is <br />further directed to cancel said promissory note or notes which are delivered to said Trustee herewith for that <br />purpose. <br />The undersigned states that a copy of this Substitution of Trustee cannot be mailed to Fidelity National <br />Title Insurance Company, the Trustee being replaced, as the address is unknown. <br />Executed this day of January, 2017. <br />oO <br />Le d <br />
