<br /> Trustee or Lender may exe�cise any one ❑r more of the fo�tawing righfis and remedies:
<br /> Accelerafion Upon Default; Addi�iona� Remedies. Ifi any E�ent of aefault occurs as per the terms o�the Na�e
<br /> secured hereby, Lender may declare all Indeb�edness secured by this Deed o�Trust to be due and payabF� and
<br /> the same sha��thereupon be�ome due and payable without any presen�ment, d�mand, protest or nvtice vf any
<br /> kind. Thereafter, Lender may:
<br /> �a� Either in persvn vr by agent, with vr w�thou� bringing any ac�ion or proceeding, or by a recei�er
<br /> appointed by a court and without regard to�he adequacy ❑f Ets securi�y, enter upon and take pvssession
<br /> of the Praperty, or any part therevf, in its ❑wn name vr in the name vf Trustee, and dv any acts which it
<br /> deems necessary ar desirable�o preser�e the �a�ue, marketabiii�ty ❑r rentab��ity of�he Property, ar part❑fi
<br /> the Property or in�erest in the Praperty; increase the income fram the Property vr protect#he se�urity ❑�

<br /> Lender shall n�tify Trustee and shail deposit with Trustee th�s ❑eed of Trust and #h� Na�e and such receip�s
