<br /> concen�ration ar physical, chemical or infec�ious charac�eristics, may cause ❑r pose a present or potential hazard
<br /> to human health ar the �n�ironmen�wh�n improperly used, trea�ed, s�ored, disposed ❑�f, generated, manu�ac�ured,
<br /> transpor�ed or a�herwise hand�ed. The vvflrds "Hazardaus Substances" are used in �heir very brvadest sense and
<br /> inc[ude without f�mitatian any and a[E hazardous or toxic substances, materials vr waste as defined hy ❑r listed
<br /> under the En�iranmental Laws. The term "Hazardous Substances" also includes, wi�houfi fimitation, pefiroleum and
<br /> petroleum by-products ar any�raction there�f and asbestos.
<br /> Improv�ments. The word "Impro��ments" means all existing and fu�ure imp�o�ements, buildings, structures,
<br /> mobile hames atfiixed on the Real Pr�perty, facilities, additi�ns, repla�ements and other cans�ruc�ivn on the ReaE
<br /> Property.
<br /> Endebtedness. The wvrd "Indeb�edness" means a�f princ�pai, interest, and ❑ther amoun�s, costs and expenses
<br /> payable under the Note ❑r ReEafied ❑acumen�s, #agether wi�h all renewa�s a�, extensions of, madifications ❑f,
<br /> consolida�ions o�and substitu�ians �or the No�e or Re�ated ❑ocuments and any amoun�s expended or ad�anced by
<br /> Lender to discharg� T�rustar's obligations or expenses incurred by Trustee or Lender to enforce Trus�or's
<br /> obligations under �FliS Deed o� Trust, toge�her wi�h interest ❑n such amounts as pra�ided in this Deed of Trus�.
<br /> Sp�cifically, without limitation, indeb-tedness includes the fu�ure adWances set forth in �he Future Ad�ances
<br /> provisivrt, together with all interest the�-ean and all amounts that may be indirectiy secured by the
<br /> Cross-�ollateralizati�n pro�ision ot this ❑eed ❑#Trust.
<br /> Lender. The word "Lender" means Fi�e Pv�nts Bank, �ts sucCessflrs and ass�gns.

<br /> prvperty now or hereafter awned by Trustvr, and now ❑� hereafter attached ❑r affixed to th� Real Property;
<br /> tagether uvith al1 ac�essions, parts, and additions to, all repla�em�nts of, and all substitutions for, any a� such
<br /> property; and t�gether v+rith a�l proceeds {including without limitativn all insurance proceeds and refunds ❑f
<br /> premiumsy firt�m any safe ar other disposition❑f�he Property.
<br /> Property. The word "Property" means c�llecti�ely the Rea! Property and the P�rsona� Praper�y.
<br /> Reai Prop�r�y. The words "Rea� Proper�y" mean the real praperty, �nterests and r�ghts, as fur�her described in �his

<br /> Related Dacuments. The words "Rela�ed �vcumen�s" mean all promissory notes, credit agreements, I�an
<br /> agre�m�nts, en�ironmentai agreem�nts, guaranties, security ag�eemen�s, mortgages, deeds o� trust� securi�y
<br /> deeds, cvllateral mortgages, and a!� ❑ther instruments, agt-eemen�s and dacuments, whefiher now or hereaf�er
<br /> existing, execu#ed in connectian wi�h the Indebtedness.
<br /> Rents. Th� word "Rents" means all present and future rents, re�enues, in�ome, issues, rvyal�ies, profits, and
<br /> other b�nefi�s deri�ed�r�m th� Property.
