<br />KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: 200004297
<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by KYLE L STERNER
<br />AND REBECCA L STERNER, HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the
<br />benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated JULY 1, 1998 and recorded AUGUST 14,
<br />1998 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 98-
<br />107892 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />LOT FIVE (5) BLOCK ELEVEN (11) IN THE ORIGINAL TOWN OF DONIPHAN, HALL
<br />COUNTY,NEBRASKA.
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
