<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />WHEREAS, by Trust Deed dated July 30, 1998 and recorded in the Real instate
<br />Records of Hall County, Nebraska as Document # 98- 107548, Arlene R. Rivera,
<br />a single person lxss6raoxamrdzx did convey certain real estate therein described
<br />in trust unto Arend R. Baack, Attorney at Law, as Trustee for the benefit of
<br />Grand Island Finance Company, therein referred to as Beneficiary;
<br />WHEREAS, the obligations secured by said Trust Deed have been satisfied and
<br />said Trustee has received written request by such Beneficiary to re- convey
<br />the trust property from the Beneficiary;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, Arend R. Baack, Attorney at Law, in his capacity as Trustee
<br />under the above - described Trust Deed, herein called the Grantor, in consideration
<br />of the satisfaction of the indebtedness evidenced by such Trust Deed received
<br />from Grantees, does hereby release and re- confirm unto the person or persons
<br />entitled thereto, herein called the Grantees, the following described real
<br />property in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />The Southerly One Hundred Ten (110) feet of Lot Three (3), Block Three (3),
<br />in Dickey Second Subdivision, located in the East Half of the Southeast
<br />Quarter (E1 /2SE1 /4) of Section One (1), Township Eleven (11) North, Range
<br />Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />to have and to hold the above - described premises, together with all tenements,
<br />hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging, unto the Grantees and to
<br />Grantees' heirs and assigns forever.
