<br /> Deed af Trust. The words "C�eed of Trust" mean this Deed of Trust among Trustor, Lender, and Trustee, and

<br /> Guaranty. The war�i "Guaranty" means�he guaranty �rom guarar�tor, endorser, surety, or accommadation party t❑

<br /> Hazardvus Substances. Ths words "Haza�dous 5ubstances" mean materials that, because of their quantity,

<br /> to human health �r the en�iranment when improperly used, treat�d, stored, disposed af, g�nerated, manufactured,
<br /> transported ❑r otherwise handled. The words "Hazardous 5ubstances" are used in their �ery broade�t s�nse and
<br /> include withvut i�mitation any and al! hazardous �r taxic substances, ma�er�als ar waste as defined by or listed
<br /> under the En�ironmen�al Laws. The term "Hazardaus 5ubstances" also includes, without limitation, petra�eum and

<br /> Improvements. The ward "fmpro��ments" means all existing and �uture �mpro�em�nts, huildings, structures,
<br /> mobiEe hnmes atfixed an the Reai Praperty, f�cilities, additions, replacements and other construction on the Real
<br /> Prvperty.
<br /> Indehtedness. The word "Indebtedness" m�ans all principa�, interest, and other amvunts, costs and expenses
<br /> payable und�r the Nate or Reiated Dacuments, t�geth�r with all ren�wals vf, extensions of, madifiGatic�ns vf,
<br /> consolidations vf and substitutions ��r the Nvte or Related Documents and any amounts expended vr ad�anced by

<br /> Personal Property. The wards "Personal Prvperty" mean all equipm�nt, fixtures, and other arti�les �f personal
