<br />SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE AND FULL RECONVEYANCE
<br />The undersigned, CENTER FOR RURAL AFFAIRS, A Nebraska Non -Profit Corporation, present
<br />Beneficiary, as owner and holder of the Note secured by the Deed of Trust, dated November 23, 2010,
<br />made by Mario Vargas - Ramirez, as Trustor(s), to Robert Schaffer, as Trustee for CENTER FOR RURAL
<br />AFFAIRS, a Nebraska Non -Profit Corporation, as Beneficiary, which Deed of Trust was recorded as
<br />Instrument No. 0201008729 of Hall County, Nebraska, hereby appoints and substitutes DANIEL A.
<br />SMITH, whose address is Smith Law Office, P.O. Box 250, Lyons, NE 68038, as Trustee, in lieu of the
<br />above named Trustee under said Deed of Trust affecting the following - described real estate, attached as
<br />EXHIBIT A.
