<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, Pinnacle Bank, by and through Nathan W. Perry, its authorized officer, as trustee under the
<br />Trust Deed dated 08/30/2016 and recorded on 08/30/2016, recorded as Instrument #201605647; executed by
<br />Craig M. McIntyre. a Single Person, as trustors in which Pinnacle Bank of Central City is named as
<br />beneficiary, and said bank as trustee, and in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska
<br />has received from Pinnacle Bank, the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all
<br />sums secured by such Trust Deed have been fully paid and that such Trust Deed and the note secured
<br />thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned as trustee, for cancellation;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the said
<br />bank by and through it's authorized officer as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the
<br />person or persons entitled thereto, namely by Craig M. McIntyre, a Single Person, the estate now held by it
<br />thereunder, to -wit:
<br />Condominium Unit 706, The Yancy, a condominium, a condominium in accordance with the
<br />Declaration recorded on October 17, 1984 under Document No. 84- 005507 of the County of Hall,
<br />State of Nebraska, records.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Central City,
<br />Merrick County, Nebraska, on January 12, 2017.
