Said <br />Deed of Trust conveys property legally described as follows: <br />LOT SEVENTEEN (17), BLOCK TWENTY -THREE (23), COLLEGE ADDITION <br />TO WEST LAWN, IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, <br />NEBRASKA. <br />Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non - payment of the installment <br />payments due under the Deed of Trust.
