<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deeds of Trust executed by Randall L Skalka and Marla
<br />K Skalka, Husband and Wife to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, Trustee for the benefit of UNITED NEBRASKA
<br />BANK, the Beneficiary named therein dated July 26, 1999 , and recorded August 2, 1999 in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, in Document # 99- 107728 of the Trust Deed Records of said County
<br />has been paid and Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
