<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED
<br />Steffi A. Swanson, a member of the Nebraska State Bar
<br />Association, 1308 Galvin Road South, Heritage Square, Bellevue,
<br />Sarpy County, Nebraska, herein referred to as Grantor, as Trustee
<br />under the Trust Deed hereinafter described, for valuable
<br />consideration, hereby grants and conveys to THE SECRETARY OF
<br />HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, his successors and assigns, as
<br />Assignee, Grantee, Attn: Single Family Property Disposition Branch,
<br />c/o First Preston Foreclosure Specialists, 12240 Inwood Road, Suite
<br />400, Dallas, TX 75244, without any covenant or warranty, expressed
<br />or implied, all of the following described real estate:
<br />The Southerly 44 feet of Lots 1 and 2, Block 73, Wheeler
<br />and Bennetts Third Addition, City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor
<br />by a Trust Deed dated January 17, 2000, and recorded on January 19,
<br />2000, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska at Document No. 2000 -00530 wherein Brodie Torres, a single
<br />man are named Trustors; and Mountain West Financial, Inc. is named
<br />Beneficiary; and First American Title Insurance Company is named
<br />Trustee, wherein Trustor granted and conveyed to the Trustee, on
<br />the trust therein expressed, the property above described to
<br />secure, among other obligations, payment of a promissory note of
<br />even date in the principal amount of $54,571.00 and interest
<br />thereon according to the terms thereof; that the beneficial
<br />interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned by Mountain West
<br />Financial, Inc. to Fleet Mortgage Corp. by an Assignment dated
<br />January 18, 2000 and recorded on January 21, 2000 in Document No.
<br />2000 -00589 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
