<br />PARTIAL DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, Pinnacle Bank, by and through Nathan W. Perry, it's authorized officer, as trustee under the
<br />Trust Deed dated 09/02/2009 and recorded on 09/02/2009, recorded as Instrument #200907244; Trust Deed
<br />Addendum — Reamortized or Extended Loan recorded on 10/26/2012, recorded as Instrument #201208994;
<br />executed by Craig M. McIntyre and Amv M. McIntyre, Husband and Wife, as trustors in which Pinnacle Bank
<br />of Central City is named as beneficiary, and said bank as trustee, and in the Office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska has received from Pinnacle Bank, the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to
<br />reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such Trust Deed have been fully paid and that such Trust Deed
<br />and the note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned as trustee, for cancellation;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the said
<br />bank by and through it's authorized officer as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the
<br />person or persons entitled thereto, namely by Craig M. McIntyre, now a single person the estate now held
<br />by it thereunder, to -wit:
<br />Lot 2, Block 11, Arnold and Abbott's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Central City,
<br />Merrick County, Nebraska, on January 9, 2017.
