BOCKERMAN, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE <br />OF BERNARD J. BOCKERMAN, DECEASED (the "Lessor ") and RONALD W. <br />BOCKERMAN, PRESIDENT; TRAC -TEC, INC. (the "Lessee ") have previously entered into a <br />Farm Lease, dated December 30, 2009, on the following described real estate, to -wit: <br />The Northeast Quarter (NE t/) of Section Ten (10) of Township Eight (8) North, <br />Range Twelve (12) West of the 6 P.M., Adams County, Nebraska; and <br />The Southeast Quarter (SE %) of Section Thirty -one (31), Township Nine (9) <br />North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6 P.M., Hall County, Nebraska. <br />By mutual agreement, the parties hereto have decided that the Farm Lease agreement will <br />terminate upon full execution of this agreement. All rights, duties and obligation to lease the <br />premises will expire at that time. However, all other provisions of the original lease agreement, <br />including default remedies, will survive, subject to the revised date of termination. <br />The parties further agree that this agreement shall be filed on the Adams County real <br />estate described herein to release and terminate the Farm Lease filed of record on January 28, <br />2010, as Instrument No. 20100371, with the office of the Register of Deeds of Adams County, <br />Nebraska. <br />The parties further agree that this agreement shall be filed on the Hall County real estate <br />described hereto to release and terminate the Farm Lease filed of record on February 9, 2010, as <br />Instrument No. 201000901 with the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />IN WIT SS WHEROF of the parties hereto have executed this agreement as of the <br />a+ day of 66jy , 2016. <br />
