BOCKERMAN, DECEASED (the "Lessor ") and RONALD W. BOCKERMAN, PRESIDENT; TRAC -TEC, INC. (the "Lessee ") have previously entered into a Farm Lease, dated December 30, 2009, on the following described real estate, to -wit: The Northeast Quarter (NE t/) of Section Ten (10) of Township Eight (8) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6 P.M., Adams County, Nebraska; and The Southeast Quarter (SE %) of Section Thirty -one (31), Township Nine (9) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6 P.M., Hall County, Nebraska. By mutual agreement, the parties hereto have decided that the Farm Lease agreement will terminate upon full execution of this agreement. All rights, duties and obligation to lease the premises will expire at that time. However, all other provisions of the original lease agreement, including default remedies, will survive, subject to the revised date of termination. The parties further agree that this agreement shall be filed on the Adams County real estate described herein to release and terminate the Farm Lease filed of record on January 28, 2010, as Instrument No. 20100371, with the office of the Register of Deeds of Adams County, Nebraska. The parties further agree that this agreement shall be filed on the Hall County real estate described hereto to release and terminate the Farm Lease filed of record on February 9, 2010, as Instrument No. 201000901 with the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
