<br />The undersigned, the Trustee under that certain Deed of Trust filed for record on January 22, 1997,
<br />as Instrument No. 97- 100466, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, executed on
<br />January 16, 1997 by Ervin D. Beck, a single person, as Trustor, in which AmerUs Bank, a Federal Savings

<br />Bank formerly known as Midland Savings Bank, FSB, is named as Beneficiary, hereby gives notice that a
<br />breach of an obligation for which the trust property was conveyed as security has occurred. The nature of
<br />such breach is the Trustor's failure to make debt payments as they became due. Notice is hereby given that,
<br />because of such default, the indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust has been accelerated and the total
<br />amount of indebtedness outstanding, as of May 17, 2000, was $27,804.66 and from said date interest has
<br />and will continue to accrue at a rate of $6.8479 per day, plus fees and costs. Notice is further given that,
<br />because of such default, the undersigned has elected to sell or cause to be sold the trust property in order
