Beck, a single person, as Trustor, in which AmerUs Bank, a Federal Savings <br />o <br />p <br />Bank formerly known as Midland Savings Bank, FSB, is named as Beneficiary, hereby gives notice that a <br />breach of an obligation for which the trust property was conveyed as security has occurred. The nature of <br />such breach is the Trustor's failure to make debt payments as they became due. Notice is hereby given that, <br />because of such default, the indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust has been accelerated and the total <br />amount of indebtedness outstanding, as of May 17, 2000, was $27,804.66 and from said date interest has <br />and will continue to accrue at a rate of $6.8479 per day, plus fees and costs.
