TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: �-N-
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by Roland E. Westerby and
<br />Janis K. Westerby, Husband and Wife
<br />to The Overland National Bank of Grand Island
<br />Trustee, for the benefit of The Overland National Bank of Grand Island
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, dated July 12, 1999 and recorded July 20, 1999
<br />in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Doc. #99- 107338
<br />in respect to the real estate described as:, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the beneficiary named therein, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the
<br />interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such
<br />premises;
<br />Lot 1, Block 1, Ponderosa Lake Estates Fourth Subdivision, City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
