4. The undersigned understands that by signing this document it will not have the rights which <br />would otherwise be available to it which may allow it to retain homestead in the event that it <br />defaults in the performance of the terms and provisions of the Trust Deed. <br />5. Signing this document is the undersigned.--s voluntary act and deed, and is intended to be a <br />written, knowing, and voluntary waiver of any right that it may have at this time to a homestead <br />in the security or any part thereof, and is a voluntary disclaimer of any right which it may have in <br />the future to designate the security or any part thereof as homestead, all as provided by the <br />Nebraska Farm Homestead Protection Act. <br />6. The undersigned further acknowledges that it has read and signed this document prior to the <br />signing of the Trust Deed above- identified, and understands and intends that this document may <br />be filed as a preface to the Trust Deed above - identified, all of which will be filed in the Mortgage <br />Records of the office of the Register of Deeds Hall County, Nebraska. <br />7.
