<br />THE MEADOWS APARTMENT HOMES, L.L.C., A Nebraska Limited sp
<br />Liability Company, GRANTOR, in consideration of TWENTY THOUSAND
<br />DOLLARS ($20,000.00) received from GRANTEE, which is hereby
<br />acknowledged, does hereby convey to JIM NARBER, INC., A Nebraska
<br />Corporation, GRANTEE, the following real estate in Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot Two (2), Oakwood Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
<br />thereto and all the estate, title interest, claim or demand
<br />whatsoever of said GRANTOR, subject to easements and restrictions
<br />of record.
<br />GRANTOR covenants with the GRANTEE that GRANTOR:
<br />(1) is lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is
<br />free from encumbrances except as stated herein;
<br />(2) has good right and lawful authority to sell the same;
<br />(3) warrants and will defend the title to the real estate
<br />against the lawful claims of all persons.
