BURNS, Attorney at Law, as Trustee, for the benefit of <br />GRAND ISLAND AREA HABITAT FOR HUMANITY, INC., A Nebraska Corporation, as <br />Beneficiary, dated 31 of May 2005, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebraska, Instrument Number 0200504942, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has <br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by <br />its endorsement below. <br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, <br />the Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and <br />claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following: <br />Lot One (1), Block Eighteen (18), Lambert's Addition to the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />The foregoing instrument was acknowledged before me this 3 0 th day of December, <br />2016, by Duane A.
