Basnett Trust dated January 13, 1984, GRANTORS, in consideration <br />of the correction and clarification of title concerning the prior COTRUSTEES' DEED <br />recorded as Instrument #201607395 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, that incorrectly included the word Revocable under the signature lines of such <br />COTRUSTEES' DEED, convey to GRANTEES, Dennis L. Basnett, Janice G. Nutter and <br />Randy L. Basnett, Successor Cotrustees of the Eileen D. Basnett Trust dated January <br />13, 1984, the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76 -201): <br />An undivided one -half ('4) interest in and to the Southeast Quarter (SE%) <br />of Section Six (6), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Twelve (12) West <br />of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska. <br />GRANTORS covenant with GRANTEES that GRANTORS: <br />(1) are lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances <br />except easements, covenants and restrictions of record; <br />(2) have legal power and lawful authority to convey the same; and <br />(3) warrant and will defend title to the real estate against any acts of the <br />GRANTOR. <br />Janice G.
