BOHLENDER, husband and wife, herein <br />called the Grantors, in consideration of a DECREE OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE <br />ENTERED BY THE DISTRICT COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, on November 8, <br />2016, Case No. CI 15 -806, do hereby quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto <br />JEDD E.
