My attorney -in- fact's powers include but are not limited to the power to: (a) Prepare, execute, file, prosecute, defend, submit to arbitration or settle a claim on my behalf to benefits or assistance, financial or otherwise, (b) Receive the proceeds of such a claim and conserve, invest, disburse or use them on my behalf.
