its Space Reserved for Register of Deeds! <br />LICENSE AGREEMENT <br />c� <br />This License Agreement is made by and between the CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, <br />NEBRASKA, a Municipal Corporation, herein referred to as the "Licensor" and SLUGGER'S <br />INC., a Nebraska corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "Licensee." <br />1. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE. The purpose of this License Agreement is to set <br />forth the terms and conditions under which the Licensee may construct, maintain, repair, and <br />utilize the following described improvement which will infringe upon real estate owned by the <br />Licensor: <br />Installation and maintenance of free - standing illuminated pole sign to overhang <br />the public right -of -way at 707 West Anna Street in Grand Island, Nebraska. Such <br />sign is approximately six feet, six inches (6.6) feet long, eight (8.0) feet tall and <br />would extend into the sidewalk area approximately twenty -three (23.0) inches. <br />The sign must be at least eight (8.0) feet above the sidewalk. <br />2. DESCRIPTION OF LICENSEE'S REAL ESTATE.
