BINDING EFFECT This Contract and the covenants herein shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the Parties hereto and their successors, heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives, and assigns. 30. COUNTERPARTS This Contract may be executed in several counterparts, each constituting a duplicate original, and together which shall constitute one and the same Contract. 31.
