<br /> Prope�ty. If any Trustor is a corporativn, par�nership or �imited fiability cvmpany, transfer also includes any change in

<br /> interests, as the case may be, o� such Trustar. Howeuer, this ❑ptian shall nat be exercised by Lender i�such exercise

<br /> TAXES ANQ LIENS. The fvl[owing pra�isions �elating to th� taxes and �Eens on the Property are part of this Deed of
<br /> Trust:
<br /> Payment. Trustor sha�i pay when due �and in alt e�ents prior�❑ delir�quencyf afl taxes� spe�ia� taxes, assessments,
<br /> �harg�s �inciuding water and serrver}, fines and �mpositions le�ied against or �n account of th� Property, and shall
<br /> pay when due all clair�s f�or work done on ar �or ser�ices rendered ❑r material furnished to the Praperty. Trustor
<br /> shall maintain the Prvperty free of all liens ha�ing prEority v�er❑r equal ta�he �nterest of Lender under this ❑eed of
<br /> Trust, except �far the lien af taxes and assessments not due and except as otherwise prv�ided in this Deed af
<br /> Trust.
<br /> Right tv Contest. Trustor may withhold payment vf any tax, assessm�nt, ar �laim in cannection with a good faith
<br /> dispute o�er the ob�fgation�o pay, sa tang as Lender`s interest in the Property is not jevpardized. !f a lien arises or
<br /> is filed as a resul� vf nonpaymen#, Trustor shal� within fif�een ��5y days af�er the lien arises vr, if a fien is filed,
<br /> within fifteen �15} days afte�- Trusto� has nvti�e gf the fil�ng, secure the discharge af the lien, ❑r if requested by
<br /> Lender, deposit with Lender cash vr a sufficient cvrpvrate surety bvnd or other se�urity satisfactory to Lender in an
<br /> amount sufficient to discharge the lien plus any costs and attorneys' fees, or other charges that couid accrue as a
<br /> result of a tvreclosure or sale under the lien. In any contest, Trustor shaEl defend i�self and Lender and shali satisfy
<br /> any adverse judgment hefore entorcement against the ProQerty. Trustar sha11 name Lender as an additianal obligee
<br /> under any surety band furnished in�he contest praceedings.
<br /> E�idence af Payment. Trustor shall upon demand fiurnish t� Lender �atisfactory e�idenc� flf payment❑�the taxes
<br /> vr assessments and shalE authvr�ze the appr�pria�e g�uernmentai afficial to deii�er to Lender at any time a writt�en
<br /> statement of the taxes and assessments against the Property.
<br /> Natice of Construc�ian. Trustor shall notify Lender at least fifteen ��5) days hefvre any wvrk is cnmmenced, any
<br /> ser�ices are furnish�d. ar any ma�eriaCs are supp�ied t� the Property� if any me�hanic's lien, materEalmen's I�en. or
<br /> other lien cauld be asserted vn accvunt of the work, ser�i�es, or materials. Trustvr wili upon request o� Lender
<br /> �urnish to Lender ad�ance assurances satisfactory ta Lender that Trustor can and wi�l pay the �ost of such
<br /> impf��ements.
