<br /> DEFINITI�NS. The following capita�ized words and terms sha�[ ha�e the follawing meanings when used in this Deed of

<br /> ot the l�nited 5ta�es o� Ameri�a. Words and terms used in the singular shail include the plura�, and the p�ural shall
<br /> include the singular, as the contex� may require. Words and terms n�t atherwise d��insd in th�s ❑eed of Trust shall
<br /> have�he meanings attribu�ed to such�erms in the Uniform Commercia� Code:
<br /> Beneficiary. The word "Beneficiary" means Exchange Bank, and its su�cessars and assigns.
<br /> Borrvv�er. The word "gorrower" means Troy L Huff and Tamie Huffi and includes ail co-signers and ca-makers
<br /> sign�ng the Note and af!their succ�ssors and assigns.
<br /> Deed o# Trust. The words "D�ed of Trus�" mean this Deed of Trust among Trus�vr, Lender, and Trust�e, and
<br /> inc�udes withou� limitativn a!I assignment and security interes� pro�isi�ns rela�ing to the Persona� Property and
<br /> Ren�s.
<br /> ❑e#autt. The ►rvord "Defauft" means the De#ault set�vrth in this Deed of Trust in the section titled "Default"'.
<br /> En�ironmenta[ Laws. The words "En�ironmenta� Laws" mean any and al��s�ate,�federai and local s�a�utes,

<br /> Guaranty. The word "Guaran�y" means the guaranty from guarantor, endorser, surety, or accomrv�odation party to
<br /> Lender, includin� wi�haut�imi�ation a guaranty of al!❑r part ofi the Note.
<br /> Hazarrivus Substances. The wvrds "Hazard�us Substan�es" mean materia�s that, b�cause �f thei� quantity,
<br /> concer�tration vr phys�ca�, chemical or infecti�us charac�eristics, may caus� v� pose a present ar patential hazard
<br /> to human hea�th or the en�ironment when improperly used, t�eatedr 5��1"BCI, d�spvsed v�, generated, manufactured,
<br /> �ranspvr�ted or otherwise hand[ed. The wards "Ha�ardvus Substances" are used in their �ery braadest sense and
<br /> inc�ud� withou� limita�ion any and all hazardous or �oxic substances, materials or wast� as defin�d hy or list�d
<br /> under the En�ironmental Laws. The term "Hazardvus Su�stances" afso includes, w�thou�lir�nitation, petro[�um and
<br /> pe�raleum by-praducts ❑r any�ractivn thereo�and asbestos.
<br /> Impro�emen�s. The ward "lmpro�em�nts" means af! existing and �uture impro�emen�s, huildings, structures,
<br /> mobi�e homes a��ixed on the Real Property, #acilities, additivns, replacemen�s and other �onstruc�ivn on the Real
<br /> Property.
<br /> Inde�tedness. The word "lndebtedness" means al! principal, interest, and oth�r amounts, C�S�S and expenses
<br /> payable under �he Note vr Related Documents, tog�ther with a[I renewals o�, extensivns o�, modificati�ns of,
<br /> �onsolida�ions �f and substitu�ions fo�the Note or Related Documents and any amoun�s exp�nded or ad�anced by
<br /> Lender to discharge T�ustor`s ok�ligations or expenses in�urred by Trustee ar Lender to enforce Trus�vr's
<br /> ob�igations under this Deed o# Trust, toge�her vuith interest on such amounts as pra�ided in this Deed o� Trust.
<br /> Specifically, withaut limitation, Inde�tedness in��udes �he future ad�ances s�t farth in the Fu�ure Ad�ances
<br /> pro�Esion, together with all interest thereon and all amounts that may be indirect�y se�u�ed by the
<br /> Cross-C�Ila�eralization pro�is+on of this Deed of Trust.
<br /> Lender. The word "Lender" means Exchange Bank, its successvrs and assigns.

<br /> Personal Property. The wo�ds "Personal Property" mean all equipment, fixtures, and other articles o� personal
<br /> property naw or hereafiter owned by Trustor, and now ar hereafter a�tached or affixed ta the Real Praperty;
<br /> �ogether with al! a�cessi�ns, par�s, and addi�ivns ta, all replacements of, and ali subs�itutions �or, any o� su�h
<br /> . p�aperty; and togethsr tirvith ail prviceeds t�ncluding withvut limitation all insurance proc�eds and refunds of
<br /> p�emiums� from any sale or other dispos�t��n vf the Property.
