WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated April 22, 1994 executed by Willard W. Cantin and Lucille F.
<br />Cantin, husband and wife, as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named as
<br />Beneficiary, and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Document # 94- 103941 in the Register of
<br />Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 12th day of May, 1994,
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deeds, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to -wit:
<br />Lot One (1), Lot Two (2), and the Easterly Nine and Six Hundredths Feet (E9.06') of the Southerly
<br />Fifty Five and Eight Tenths Feet (S55.8') of Lot Three (3) and the Easterly Twelve and Six Hundredths Feet
<br />(E12.06') of the Northerly Seventy Six and Two Tenths Feet (N76.2') of Lot Three (3), all in Block Twenty
<br />Three (23) in Baker's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust recorded May 12th, 1994, as Document
<br />#94- 103941 in the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, shall remain in full force and effect as to all
<br />real estate not herein reconveyed.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand
