SNYDER, being first duly sworn upon oath, deposes and states that he <br />knows to his own personal knowledge: <br />That he is the owner of record and present title holder in fee simple of the real estate <br />legally described as: <br />Lot One (1), Block Twenty Eight (28), in Gilbert's Third Addition <br />to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />That he is in either actual or constructive possession of said real estate and the whole <br />thereof, and that the immediate and remote grantors have a continuous and unbroken <br />record chain of title to such real estate and the whole thereof, for a period of more than <br />eighteen (18) years last past, and that during that time title to said premises has never <br />been disputed. <br />That he made this affidavit pursuant to the provisions of the Nebraska "Marketable Title <br />Act ", being Section 76 -288 to Section 76 -298 inclusive, of the revised Statutes of <br />Nebraska, for 1943, reissue of 1986. <br />He further states that Julia A. Snyder was a single person when she signed the <br />Quitclaim Deed dated October 13th, 1993 and recorded as Document No. 93- 108777 <br />in the Register of Deeds Office in Hall County, Nebraska. <br />6;*1-"46W <br />d <br />Crai L.
