Kraft and Lori G. Kraft are Trustors, and Exchange Bank is <br />Beneficiary, involving the following- described real property, to -wit: <br />Parcel A: The North eleven (11) acres of the Southeast quarter of the <br />Northeast quarter of Section 33, Township 11 North, Range 9 West of the 6th <br />P.M., Hall County, Nebraska <br />Parcel B: The Westerly one (1) acre of the Southerly eight (8) acres of the <br />Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 33, Township 11 North, <br />Range 9 West of the 6th P.M. <br />notice is hereby given that the Trustors have committed a breach of an obligation for <br />which the trust property was conveyed as security, to -wit: failure to make payments when <br />due under the promissory note. <br />By reason of the above default, the Beneficiary has declared all sums secured <br />by the Deed of Trust to be accelerated, said sums are immediately due and payable, <br />and the Beneficiary has elected to cause said property to be sold in the manner <br />provided by law. <br />
